Мне коллега из нашего юр.отдела прислала вакансию. Может, кому будет интересно?
Крупный американский банк ищет человека на позицию executive assistant со свободным английским. У меня есть описание вакансии. З/п не знаю, но обычно там очень хорошие зарплаты и отличный соц пакет. Есть ли у Вас кто-то из знакомых, кто может заинтересоваться? Если есть, то все коммерческие вопросы можно обсудить напрямую с HR банка.
General administrative support (phones, maintaining files, distributing mail, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements,*ordering office supplies etc.)
Maintain calendars in Outlook for 4/5 employees
Invoice preparation, coding and processing
Prepare travel and expense statements*ensuring that items fall within specific guidelines (T&E’s)
Co-ordination of internal and external meetings including meeting and greeting visitors
Deal with internal and external clients as well as intermediaries at senior levels
Assist*with various marketing and recruiting initiatives
Write/edit department communications (i.e., e-mails, v-mails, Taking minutes) Create documents (i.e., PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, etc.)
Cover for colleagues in their absence
Help with ad-hoc requests from various Investment Professionals
Навыки: The individual must be organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and highly motivated
Maintain a positive attitude and a customer service orientation
Has the ability to prioritize and remain flexible as priorities change
Has the ability to take on multiple and varied projects
Has a team orientation
Technically proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrate confidence and professionalism
Fluency in English and Russian
